Dena Williams

Dena has been involved in law enforcement for twenty-three years. In 2017, she retired from Carrollton Police Department as a crimes against children detective. She served in the criminal investigation division for over ten years and was involved in hundreds of investigations including severely injured children, sexual assaults, kidnappings, officer involved shootings, and homicides of children and adults. Several of these investigations received national media attention and were featured as documentaries. Dena also has assisted in developing departmental policy and training for sexual assaults and child related sex offenses.

During her tenure as a detective, Dena acquired her Master’s degree in professional counseling. Her practice, focuses on those who have experienced trauma, parenting, public safety personnel, veterans and their children. Dena also assists in operating Walter Cattle, a commercial and Registered Angus and Simmental outfit located in Calvin Oklahoma.

Dena has one daughter.
