Refund & Cancellation Policy – In-Person Training
We understand that schedules change, and we do our best to be flexible while keeping our classes running smoothly.
Here’s how our refund and cancellation process works:
If You Need to Cancel
• 30 or more days before class – You’ll receive a full refund of your training fee (minus any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
• 14–29 days before class – You’ll receive a 50% refund or you can choose a full credit toward any future class within 12 months.
• Less than 14 days before class – No refund, but we may offer a credit toward a future class at our discretion.
If We Have to Cancel:
Sometimes, a class won’t meet the minimum number of registrations needed to run.
If that happens, we’ll let you know at least 14 days before the start date and you’ll receive a full refund of your training fee.
Important: Refunds apply to the training fee only. We do not reimburse travel, lodging, meals, or other personal expenses. We highly recommend booking refundable travel and accommodations.
If bad weather, emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances make it impossible for us to hold the class and we cancel - we’ll offer you a full refund or a credit toward a future class—your choice.

Just send us an email to let us know. Your cancellation is confirmed once you receive our reply.
